We just completed our selection process for the 2008 jury. Thank you to everyone who submitted a nomination. There were many great people from which to choose, and it wasn't easy. Filmed by Bike will be at the finish line of the Worst Day of the Year Ride on February 10th. If you're an Oregonian (or Washingtonian) we hope you're gearing up for that great ride and we certainly hope you'll come see us at the finish line. We'll have DVDs for sale at a reduced price and we'll be showing excerpts from 2006 and 2007 - maybe even some vintage material!

Every year, Filmed by Bike produces a bold, exciting poster. Two years ago we hand-screened them. Last year's was a sparse layout of gold on strikingly dark blue. And this year, we've gone a totally different direction, thanks to the creative genius of artist Sang Park. Across the world these posters will hit the streets in the next two weeks. Be on the look out. If you can't wait (or aren't sure it will make it to your town), or want to print out your own, check out our website.

::5:: OUR FAMILY GROWS ::
The Filmed by Bike Crew would like to welcome two new great additions to our family: Brian Benson and Maryann Parrone. Brian is our promotions intern and he's working hard to make sure the world knows about our call for entries. Maryann is feverishly planning knock-your-socks-off slide shows, videos and photo shoots to help you fully grasp the magnitude that is Filmed by Bike. In short, these two hard-working bike-and-film-lovers are doing everything they can to make Filmed by Bike as great as it is.
We are very excited to have them on board for the 2008 season. Big 'ole round of applause!!
