:: HERE WE GO AGAIN! ::
Welcome to the 5th annual Filmed by Bike! It's going to be another excellent festival season. I'm really looking forward to some new additions for this year. Let's just put it this way for now: Every year Filmed by Bike has sold out and moved on to a larger venue. Last year we sold out and had to turn away some 300 people. So are we moving on to a new venue? HELL NO! We love the Clinton Street Theater and we're there to stay. So will the little one-night one-night-only "festival that could" remain one night? No, an it's not so little anymore either.

:: CALL FOR ENTRIES ::
Our 2007 call for entries is now open. The deadline is March 1, 2007. All movies must be 8 minutes or less. The details are on the website.

:: BUH-LOG ::
Filmed by Bike is making some website changes, and you'll be able to tune in and see those over time. The first is the addition of a blog. Check it out! FilmedByBike.org/blog .

:: JURY NOMINATIONS ::
Jury nominations are being accepted until December 1, 2006. The jury is the posse responsible for reviewing and selecting the final movies. If you've got someone in mind who you think should be on the jury, please send us an e-mail with the following info: Nominee's name, contact info, why you think that person should be on the jury. We are particularly interested in people in the film community. The nominees should be close enough to Portland that they could come for an evening in March and come to the festival in April.
